Within the friendly, safe environment of The River Source campus, you will heal and establish the foundation for your long-term sobriety. You will experience a strong community network that will help you with your recovery. Our holistic and evidence-based treatments focus on the body, mind, and spirit and include :

What Happens After Treatment
Our patient’s develop the tools they need to live a life free of drugs and alcohol after treatment and we work with them to build a unique after care plan to help them maintain their sobriety. Once they leave The River Source and return to their home in the Payson area, we’ll make our support network available to them, giving them the help they need to stick with their aftercare program.

Payson is located in Gila County. Within Gila County 661 people have an addiction problem, or are abusing drugs. Of the 661, those in Payson with a drug or alcohol addiction, 340 were women, and 325 were men. This makes the county of Gila, and the city of Payson, the only area in which women out numbered men, when it comes to drug or alcohol abuse and addiction.
Like all of the other cities in Arizona, Young adults from 20-44 are the age group that is using the most, or have the most drug or alcohol addiction issues. As a total, 318 or 48.1 percent of Payson and the surrounding area have a drug abuse problem.
